Deposits

We are always accepting new deposits on our list for our future puppies! A $300 (non-refundable, 1x transferable) deposit will secure your spot in line on our waitlist. Your deposit will go towards the final purchase price when you select your new puppy. Deposits may be made after we contact you about your preferences. We prefer to invoice you for the deposit but we can also accept Venmo or Cash.

WAITING LIST

It is never too early to get on our list if you are interested in an HP Ranch Doodle! Please check out our upcoming litters page for info on our future litters. While we have an unpaid waitlist, if you are serious about a certain color, size, gender, and timeframe when looking for your puppy, we highly recommend paying your deposit and getting on our paid waitlist. Those on our paid waitlist will get top pick when puppies are born and have a much better chance of picking a puppy with their exact preferences. Your number on either waitlist does not confirm your "pick," (other than the fact that all paid waitlist members will have a chance to pick before unpaid members) but your preferences will. If you state that you prefer a male blue merle and there are none born in the current litter matching your preferences, you will not be notified unless you ask to be notified of all new puppies born. 

 

PUPPY PICK-OUT 

Once the litter has been born and confirmed healthy and thriving, we will go down our list and start notifying individuals of what we will have available. You are welcome to pass on any offers you are not interested in, but your deposit can only be transferred once (ex: we have a puppy matching your preferences and you decide to pass -- you will be allowed to pass once and wait for the next puppy matching your preferences to be born -- if you choose to pass again, another $300 deposit will be charged, which will also go toward your total purchase price). We will provide weekly photo or video updates as the puppies grow prior to choosing as well as up until they leave so that you can continue to watch your puppy mature. If you aren't particular on gender, size, etc. you will have more options to choose from and the opportunity to get your puppy sooner. We do not make selections based solely on eye color as this cannot be guaranteed (eye color can change up until 6 months of age). Keep in mind we cannot guarantee any specific requests within any time period, only estimations of when a puppy matching your preferences might be born.​​​

VISITATIONS

Local visitors are welcome to visit their chosen puppy after they are confirmed healthy and thriving. It is important to remember that puppies at this age are very susceptible to germs, so we may ask you to wipe off your shoes and wash your hands before entering the puppy areas. Before visiting, please avoid going to pet stores, animal shelters, dog parks, or any other high traffic areas where other animals frequent. We do not operate in a kennel-style facility, our dogs are our family and are raised as such. Because of this we do not have business hours for people to stop by and play with our puppies -- appointments must be made and due to our busy schedules and responsibilities caring for our animals, we may not be able to accommodate the exact day or time you'd prefer. For the safety of our dogs and young puppies as well as our family, we do not allow tours of our home. For these reasons, if you would like to instead opt for a facetime visit with the puppies, please let us know. These can be arranged more easily and usually more quickly as they are shorter visits and take less preparation to ward off germs, viruses, etc.  

FINAL PAYMENTS

For families on our waiting lists, final payment on your chosen puppy is due at time of pick-up. If your puppy is being delivered, your payment is due 24 hours before the agreed upon time. If for any reason we haven't received the final payment by these times, your chosen puppy and spot in line will be lost. Final payments will be made via Cash or Invoice. Any delivery/flight nanny fees will be paid directly to our flight nannies upon booking. 

REFUNDS

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred 1 time as stated above. After each puppy has left our care, their new family has 3 days to take them in to see a vet for a physical examination if they wish. If the puppy were to be found in ill health with any life threatening disease/condition, the puppy can be returned for a full refund. Shipping fees, if any, would not be refunded. 

PUPPY PICK-UP

We will share each litter's pick-up date when contacting families about their availability. Pick up dates are typically the weekend closest to/after a litter has reached 8 weeks of age. We highly encourage everyone to drive or fly in to come pick up your new family member. We will set aside one day/timeframe within this window to meet at the airport for those flying in. If you wish to have your puppy delivered we can arrange that on an as-needed basis depending on our work travel schedules. 

Before applying, please be open to picking up your puppy yourself if you are out of state as delivery cannot be guaranteed for everyone. We always feel that our puppies should be picked up at our Ranch, because we would love for you to see where they came from, meet their parents if possible, and meet our family. However, we do understand that sometimes this is not possible and we will do everything in our power to make bringing your puppy home a smooth transition either way. 

 

DELIVERY

Approximate delivery fees are as follows:

  • 1-4 hours from our location - $300

  • 5-8 hours from our location - $500

  • 8+ hours from out location - $1000

  • We are able to meet in Paducah, KY for free

  • We are able to meet at Lambert Airport in STL, MO for free

  • We can meet for free depending on our travel schedule, but please know this may not always be an option.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

This puppy is warranted for 1 year against fatal and life-altering congenital diseases. Conditions must be of a severe or life-threatening nature and breeder must be notified within 24 of diagnosis with note from veterinarian. Prior to leaving the breeder's home the puppy will be up to date on vaccines and de-wormed. Dew claws will also be removed on all puppies.

TAIL DOCKING

We do not offer tail docking on our bernedoodle and goldendoodle puppies. All aussiedoodle tails will be docked according to breed standard unless you have a paid deposit and have picked your puppy within 72 hours of the birth time. 

RETURNS

Occasionally, circumstances change or a puppy does not work out in his or her new home for various reasons. In these or other similar situations we are more than happy to take the puppy or adult dog back until a new home can be found. We do not offer refunds past the 3 day mark after the puppy has gone to their new home and exchanges can only be made within our 1-year guarantee window if your puppy was found to have a genetic defect.  

BREEDING RIGHTS

Each puppy will be sold with breeding rights, as we feel we screen our future puppy parents well enough that we know they are going to a good and loving home regardless of if the owner would like to breed them. We understand that you may not want to breed your puppy now, but in the future if you would like to carry on your pup's line, we want you to know you may do so.
